As said, the parents have been released ... It was another kid who put her in the skip as a joke, and when the mother actually turned up the Person who found the kid wouldnt give the kid back to her

it happens all the time in the Uk so why not in Spain or any other country.
popping out for a packet of fags, chat with a mate, suddenly becomes an hour.
don't suppose it was any different 150 years ago in Victorian Britain or even earlier. Just then the older kids had more of a sense of right and wrong compared with many today. or was it fear of parent finding out ??
