Hi, I have been offered a job in Gib for 12 months (finance sector)which I have accepted. We have small child and I'm not sure what work is like for hubby (He's a roofing contractor)? We are visiting Gib middle of May to have a look around but we are keen for contacts of construction companies/roofing contractors.
Does anyone know if there is any work for roofing contractors? We don't seem to be able to locate any roofing companies within the Gibraltar yellow pages.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Lots of large construction co's in Gib. (Bruesa, Taylor Woodrow, etc.) with alot of big projects on the go, he may need to learn a little spanish though. For smaller projects/companies you might need to do a recon. or approach a couple of the recruitment agencies, maybe they'll have contacts. Or there's always a career change for a year!

Yes, you are right, those concrete roofs are something. It's quite odd when you see one being done for the first time, you can't quite get your head around what the builders are doing!
