Hi everyone,

I signed a PoA with a notary in Malaga that I was unable to cancel the next day due to my circumstances. I was told at the time that I could cancel it by going to the Spanish embassy whenever I want so long as I had the document and pay 40€ for them to cancel it. Is this true? I am struggling to find anywhere on the website that offers this service. Is it the consulate I go to? Do I need an appointment?

If you have made a power of attorney and you still haven't given it to the attorney can't you just tear it up. It is only valid once the attorney presents it.
