Hello,
This is an assault charge with ABH, which may be relevant to the matter.
The Court have issued papers for summary proceedings already, now the denouncer wants to retract the denuncia.
I get the impression that if the denouncer attends the court for this summary hearing they can then state that they no longer wish to proceed and the case will be put into archive.
However, I know in the UK, that things such as domestic violence can still proceed even if the victim doesn't want too, is there an equivalent law in Spain. Also does a summary hearing mean the case has already gone past a retitar denuncia.
I hasten to add this is a relative, not goody two shoes me :-)
