Pretty well anywhere on the Costa Blanca, Murcia area, Costa del Sol would satisfy your requirements, you do need to visit everal areas to get a feel for them, and rent for a few months in anyone area before buying, especially over a winter period as many places get a lot quieter.

There are hundreds of nice towns on and near the coast. There are numerous threads on a similar subject. If you read those it may help you think about your requirements and focus your own search.

I agree.

If it was me I would be on the Med coast as inland can get cold in the winter even just a few miles in.
I would also consider local and international transport links. Also as you get older and less mobile you should consider how suitable where you choose will be in years to come.
Eg Proximity to healthcare, no steep inclines etc.
I would also rent at first just to ensure I was happy with the area, neighbours etc.

Good luck.

Go inland from Costa del Sol , villages such as Coin as an example but plenty more to choose from. Still good communication to Malaga airport and all the necessary infrastructure you need.Quite a lot of expats who come first to the coastal towns end up moving inland to such places.
