Default Retiring to Mercia

Hi folks.
I retire in two years and am starting to plan my relocation to Mercia
Brexit may have an impact however I need to start to plan now. Anyone any suggestions as to what parts of Mercia would give me a mix of expat and local Spanish contact.
Thanking you all in advance

Hi Spenny,

Most of the coastal areas of the region will provide what you are looking for. Have you a list of places that you are considering?

Is Murcia another British enclave? (I honestly don't know). If so, it won't matter how he spells it.

Murcia is a very large region of Spain. There are circa 1.5 million residents, including 400,000 residents in Murcia city Regions -> Murcia - Insiders Abroad
There are many towns and villages between Murcia and Mar menor. As you might expect most expats live on or very near the coast.

Take a look at San Pedro del Pinatar. Many expats but retains a very Spanish character.
