Default Residency wait times

Has anyone got any recent experience of current wait times for RESIDENCIA TEMPORAL DE FAMILIAR DE CIUDADANO ESPAÑOL - INICIAL in the Valencia region?

I visited the Extranjería and received the resguardo on 5th September this year (2025) and was told 2 months, which is what it says on the resguardo too. However, 2 months has now passed and my status is still "en tramite". According to my resguardo, this means "DESESTIMADA por silencio administrativo" or 'denied due to administrative silence' - however, I understand that is just a technical term and doesn't affect my right to live or work in Spain until I get an actual resolution.

I know the system is backed-up but I, like many others, want to get my TIE sorted as quickly as possible and it's quite frustrating having to wait with little information available. Anyones info or advice would be very much appreciated.

Cheers.
