Good morning when we lived last year in Javea there was a house opposite us which had been wrecked immediately prior to the then 'owners' moving out. Our Spanish neighbour said that Sabadell had repossessed it.
Sabadell have directed us to www.solvia.es it does not appear on this site. Does anyone please have any ideas as to how we identify the now 'owners'. There are no boards up or anything like that.
the then owners took everything they could from the house and now it is just four walls and a roof.

Is there a community? We were interested in one and asked at the community office. They not only gave us the bank but the name of the person dealing with it. Could be different now with the Sareb system.

You should be able to ask for a "nota simple" which details who owns a property and what debts have been taken out against the property.
It seems you can do this online these days, e.g.:
http://www.registradores.org/nota_simple.jsp
http://www.registropropiedad.com
Although I have no experience with any of these web sites.

Javea Town Hall have been in touch and due to the Data Protection Act cannot give us the details of the house owner.
Seems too many hurdles to jump and certainly from the UK so on back burner.
Thanks for all of your help
best wishes
