Advise please,
I'm in the UK at the moment and I have discovered my hubby has put all my Spanish documents in the recycling eg car ownership Mot insurance docs land registry docs .driving licences
I am really in panic mode at the moment.
Don't know what to do or where to start really any advise.
I've cried my eyes out all day as I am so worried about it.
Of course have contacted recycling people hey said they will keep an eye out but don't hold out much hope of finding them .

First of all take your hands away from your husbands throat because being up on a murder charge will not bring your documents back. I may be totally wrong but I would have thought that replacements in Spain work in a similar way to those in the UK so think about how you would deal with this there.

Luckily you have cried the tension out now so will be able to start thinking more logically. I hope that someone with experience will come on and help you soon. Personally I think that most things are overcomeable so chin up girl, good luck with the task.

No Rosemary much to upset to speak to him at the moment how stupid could he get. If he has taken the time to look it was obvious what they were.
It makes it worse because I'm out in two weeks I got a car in the airport I cant drive So I will have to use taxis. Plus translators fees such a blinking hassle. I'm really wound up like a spring about it . As I will be the one sorting out. In Spain I have found most things are overcomeable at a price.

It sounds as though a Gesture may be the way to go, as you say "most things are overcomeable at a price".
I think you may already have some idea as to who should reimburse you the financial cost!

I don't think making a gesture is going to help her even if it is offensive.
