It should only be 1 months rent in advance plus a months rent deposit. Why would it be illegal? All spanish agencies that I know of work this way. Ie, fee up front and then no monthly charge. If you only pay a months rent in advance (to the landlord) and a months rent deposit (to the landlord) how would the agency earn their money if there is no monthly fee either? |
