Default Renting on the Costa Tropical / East of Malaga

Hi all,

My family and I are looking to move to the Costa Tropical in January and are looking for places to rent. Do you know of any good estate agents that can organise long term rentals.

We are looking for a detached villa or country house, 3 beds minimum, preferably 4, a swimming pool and that accepts dogs!! it would need to be unfurnished as we will be bringing all of our stuff from the UK.

We were thinking of Nerja, Frigiliana or Almunecar, any other suggestions please let me know, we used to live in Fuengirola a long time ago and after that Benalmadena Pueblo and we much preferred the village feel of the Pueblo.

Thanks

Mark

You could try Inmobiliaria De La Cuesta

Hi Mark, you are doing almost exactly what myself and my wife are.
We are going out there in October to have a look around with a view to moving there.
I will be trying to find people renting their own property to avoid agents charges which I believe are around 1 months rent?
Hope you get loads of info as I will be copying it

I'm not sure they charge the tenants. They may well want a security deposit and rental in advance, but it is normally the owner that pays any fees.

But of course, some agents may well want to make money from both.
