Rental proerty tax return
Hi
I have a rental property in Alicante and would like to pay the tax due for the first part of the year. I have been asked this by my Fiscal representative.
In order for us to deal with your taxes, the Accountant has informed me that you need to provide us with a certificate from the Tax Office in United Kingdom showing that you are Fiscal Resident in the UK.
Marvellous. However there is one part of the form that I am unable to find the right answer for. Could someone kindly point me in the right direction as to which part of the article in the Duel Taxation Agreement I need. This is what it says on the form
(INTM153000 - Description of double taxation agreements: contents
Please enter below the Article of the countries Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) under which your request regarding this income is being made.
Any help would be much appreciated

Article 6 refers to income from immovable property.
