Well electricity can be between €80 - €100 a month
Water probably €30 a quarter (ours is €40 - €75 with Pool)
Phone / Internet €70ish
Gas (if you have it) about €12 a bottle

Some renters do a capped bill scheme so you pay so much a month

That's roughly the same as ours - in our area OPI do a capped bill scheme but they are the only ones I have come across.

2 bed apartment.
Elec 85 €`s 2 months
Water 15 €`s 3 months
Phone / int 70 €`s
Gas 13 €`s (used to be 6 a couple of years ago)
Rent includes everything else including repairs etc.
Spanish landlord may expect you to pay for wear and tear on W/M etc if they break down.

Blimey, how come your electric bills are more expensive than our 5 bed villa?
elect €45-55 every 2 months (inc pool and irrigation)
water - free
gas btl €13.50 each

we do cook with gas and water boiler is gas, so maybe thats where we save. At the mo we´re buying a gas bottle every 3 weeks.

I moved into my place in May, and didnt get any bills.. until last week. And they amounted to 390 euros which was basically water and electric. I have no gas appliances here. They aint getting it paid all at once!!!! If its took them 10 months to send me the bill, it will take me 10 months to pay them

If you mean refuse collection(!), in my area, amounts to about €60 per year, rubbish is collected daily through the winter, twice a day in the summer and a weekly collection of non household rubbish such as old furnishings, appliances etc.

There is a "council tax" yes, but in my experience this is included in the rental figure if renting, as its nothing like you get in the UK, ours is about €400 a year in total

Here, we have large bins dotted around the roads which you put the rubbish in. They are emptied every night.

They have a wonderfully simple philosophy in Spain you don't pay they cut you off! Or to get service you have to give your bank codes they take the money anyway.

The apartment block up the road is joint owned by four people and they didn't pay their water bill, so now they have no water. They can take as long as they like to send a bill, but if you dont pay it quickly then you wont have the utilities
