Ok this is probably on a thread somewhere but I can´t find it easily. Can somone direct me to the relative thread or better still just answer the question.
I have a friend, resident in the UK, who has a UK car permantly in Spain. Due to the fact that it is now due MOT etc every year (as well as the fact he is probably not allowed to have it over here permantly) it is rather expensive to keep going back and forth for an MOT. He wishes to re-register the car onto Spanish Plates. What is the procedure, what does he need, how much will it cost. the car is a Rover and must be at least three years old. I realise there are individuals that do this kind of work for you but it nice to try and do it yourself, just for the fun of it!
