Reflagging a small yacht - Costa Dorada
Does anyone know of an English speaking (friendly) naval architect (or similar person that knows what they are talking about) in the Tarragona region that can explain to me the procedure involved and the benefits/disadvantages of reflagging my yacht under Spain?
