I see I have a Referral. What are they and how are they accessed or given

I think it's when someone new joins & says that you referred them to the site

Is there a way that you can get the info or is it protected by the Mods?

FAQ`s they are not accessable to anyone as far as I know.
I have two, but can`t remember using the link ?
