Recommended Bleach
Can anyone recommend some a type of bleach,I can buy here in Spain , that will not turn items yellow. Many Thanks

Use an oxi-whitener.
However yellow stains may not be from bleach. It could be down to storage or just the way you are using the bleach.

We buy the standard bleach from Mercadona - comes in a 5l, yellow plastic container.

Bleach doesn't necessarily turn things "white", the yellow may just be an unbleachable stain, or the residual pigment from a darker color such as a red or an orange.

The OP said nothing about using it on clothes!
The OP didn't say that he had a yellow stain that he wanted whitening. Simply asking what bleach do we use that doesn't TURN things yellow!

What has caused this stain do you think.
That would help a little.
....It is the weekend so I could go one about some other stain that Mr BEVS has caused and I need to remove. but.........

It is not a stain it is the bleach that I have tried so far turns clothes / etc yellow
