Hi, we used a firm called pellicier and heredia.
Amazing from start to finish.
The house we purchased had an illegally built pool, top floor bedroom & bathroom, as well as a tiled pergola.
Daniel, the lawyer that we used, discovered this the day after we had our offer accepted and explained the steps that we needed to take in order to get it accepted by the council with a certificate of antiquity.
Best 700€ we have ever spent (5 years ago) and another 200€ for the architect to prepare the papers to get the above approved.
