how about extra strong bread making flour, I love making bread and usually bring my own over... but would like to be able to buy it there

We liked the fact that there were always cubes of fresh yeast in the chiller cabinet, made a huge change from the UK where you would be lucky to find it.

Lard or manteca is going up in price but essential for certain pastries....especially my pasty pastry.

Lidl do a really good bread flour. We used to buy our bread flour from our local bakery but the Lidl flour is just as good and cheap.

Look for Harina de Fuerza.
