Looking for info on the legalities of having a road going quad here in Spain.

I'm hoping there's nothing against the rules for me to post a website name I've no connection with?
The chap here: www.thequadcentre.com used to run a quad outfit in our village, no longer does, has gone back to uk as far as I know, but would know all the legals.
