public liability on contents insurance?
Anyone know what public liability covers on contents insurance?
The SPanish companies or the English ones working in SPain (Abbey, etc.) only seem to cover around 300k to 600k on public liability. This doesn’t seem enough - say a fire started accidentally or you flooded, the landlord’s insurer will normally sue the tenant for the money.

I don't think it is as straight forward as that if you are in a community - that also has an insurance which can cover these things.
