Asking prices could fall by as much as 40% for certain types of resale property argues a new report from the Network of Property Experts (Red de Expertos Inmobiliarios) . Hi jurdyr
That sounds like good news from my point of view - not so good if you're selling. I'll sit and wait now and await developments as I'm not in a great hurry. Probably what you quote is also true of the Costa del Sol, which is ideally where I would like to be.
