Maybe not the sharpest pencil in the box as you say, but as for the mistake of thinking it funy to wear a Nazi uniform for fancy dress, he also wears the uniform of the British Army and has been brave enough to serve in Afghanistan. For me he is a credit to the Royal family along with his brother. They have breathed new life into it. So he is a young man with money and sometimes drops the odd clanger, I will admit to that myself in my younger days (didn't have the wealth though sadly). He does a lot to help the injured soldiers not just those commissioned and has a good manner with his subordinates. I say leave the lad alone let him enjoy his life as someone else said not at tax payers expense. I wish him and his brother all the best and hope that their lives can go forward without the tittle tattle and press intrusion that cost his mother her life, but off course I know that will not be the case. For me they are good for the Royals and our Country.

I think I'll reserve my judgement on this one.
I appreciate some of the Royals have done quite a bit of good regarding needy causes,some from the good of their hearts.
However I don't see it as always being the case,with others having to be pushed or coerced in order to justify their extravagant lifestyle.
When they start putting a bit more of their extreme and mostly unearned wealth where their mouths are with regard to good causes, then I may be a little more impressed.
.....and as I said, I just hope nothing happens to Will.

wholeheartedly agree with you, he is paid a reasonable salary as a military officer how he spends it is his business.

and as to his advisers/bodyguards, don't they do as they are told - by him.
They are only there to protect his person not his pocket or modesty.

Well at the ripe old age of 27 I wouldn't have thought there'd be too much need for advisors and hopefully he'd have learned the odd lesson or two from his previous cock-ups.
Unfortunately he still appears to be naive in the extreme and possibly the die is cast for the rest of his life?

Nothing wrong with romping around naked or occasionally getting a few too many of course, but not having enough brain power to restrict his shenanigans to private occasions where he is unlikely to be taken advantage of, simply once again emphasises his stupidity.

I believe the closing Olympic ceremony was the first time he has been wheeled out on his own for a major occasion and to myself and quite a few others I think, he looked like a square peg in a round hole.
Maybe he'll eventually find his own niche sometime, but for the life of me I can't think what or where it might be.
