Premium rate caller?

Hi

Have missed a call from a number 8581090xx , is this one of the scams Ive heard about where it costs you to recieve the call? very odd number.

It sounds like a normal landline number. Is your area code 958? If so, 858 will be the number that Telefonica allocate to new subscribers once all of the 958 numbers are taken.

My area code is 956, but I was allocated a 856 landline number as there are no 956 numbers left.
