AHHHHHHH. Think i have to find a handy man.

I have unscrewed the bolt by the main tap point. Then turned the water on and there is pressure. In the pipe was a little bit of mud. But sthill not cleared completely.

Cant get the bit off that is connected to the toilet as theres no room for the spanner to turn as its so close to the wall.

And cant seem to remove the white tube inside the cistern. All this because the water got turned off.

Thanks JDR for your help.

So whats happening now I got to know, its like watching casualty this :p

Mores to the point shouldn't you be busy sorting an independent lawyer and selling your Liverpoool pad?

Im pleased you all find my prob so interesting...or maybe not - i havent seen casulty in a loonnnnggg time!

Its so annoying, I know where the problem is, just cant get to it....i just dont have the correct spanner or tool to remove the nut under the cistern as the wall is so near! I also dont have the strength....i came back home yesterday to find a puddle of water where i havent tightened the bolts up enough.

I must say...i actually quite enjoy doing stuff like this, i just wish i knew what i was doing. Think I wills tick to my day job!

Tommorow I have a nice man coming to do a bit of painting for me...hopefully he wil be able to help me.

Maybe there should be a section, ask the handyman! Its been a real community feeling....thanks very much and could save people a fortune.

Now sit down and have a drink in the sunshine - which is more than I can do whilst stuck at work back in the grey UK:(
