Point taken! But if you really want to make a life out here at the working age that you are, my only point was that you'll perhaps need a good grasp of languages which you may have and if I've misjudged that then I apologise.
First lesson though, don't use txt 'speak' in emails where you're trying to convey something about yourself, it sends out the wrong message IN MY OPINION. As I've employed and managed many people in my career, anyone using txt speak in their written communication would have their applications tossed straight into the bin and a "Sorry to inform you...." letter would be forthcoming.

With all due respect and with no malice intended, I don't know if English is your first language, but from your posts, IMO it's pretty poor. If you intend to work in Spain, you'll need a basic grounding in Spanish and a similar standard in English. Certainly based upon the indications so far, you are lacking in the latter.

It sounds to me like pretend spelling mistakes;)

Have you thought about education for your son, given that any available would be ib Spanish, or he would have to go to an International School.

I agree. It's well over the top. But what does it matter? There might be other people who want to join the 30,000 British and German expats already living in Orihuela Costa.

It's a new and tiny place. It has everything for expats - beaches, cheap housing, its' own councillors, a very efficient neighbourhood watch, and entertainment from back home, with bells on.

It even has a functioning 'strip'. Not quite Las Vegas, but there is a casino at nearby Zenia Boulevard. You can get a Chinese massage on the beach and many more a few streets back.

I think 70% of the expats are pensioners, but not the 'sit at home' types. They're out on the razzle most of the time, enjoying themselves.
