It's quite windy !! Cheap to live.... hottish all year round.... around 80 degs fahrenheit.. nice tomatoes. Plenty of brits. Why are you going there ? Is it to work? or to retire ? From what I remember house prices were a bit pricey. but that was a long time ago, about 10 years....

Beware of the lookey lookey men in the markets, the time share touts, but think they have gone elsewhere now? the yellow sand storms, the horrible desalinated water, and people out to rip you off in electrical shops.

On the whole, it's a rather nice place to live, albeit rather barren. It's greener in the North. So, hope that may have given you some advice ?
