Default A place in Spain year 2

This program is being screened once again.

We were wondering how they were getting on?

Any news?

Reason I asked is cos about Dec 6 ish (the puente weekend) they were at Lidl in Fuengirola! They pulled up and parked in their Somerset reg red VW camper at the same time as me (Somerset reg being why I took a second look) & it took some time to sink in why I knew his face! Don't know any more than that, but they wuz here

I used to quite enjoy that show, as well as the similar prog re a gay couple in Cyprus/Crete ?.

I always wished they would do followup programmes on this type of show to let people know if they made it or not.

So when's it on, and is it a new show or a repeat?

Yeh, I loved watching these shows too. At least you saw some of the struggles they had to go through rather than the perfect life where nothing ever goes wrong that some other TV shows like to portray.

I had my suspicions, at least if it were not a complete set up. ie they wanted to go to Spain but were set up to make the trip as it were far longer than necessary.

I'd love to know what did happen with them in the end.

And called himself Chulo and spent the day trolling.

It would be nice to see a follow up on some of these programmes. I know a few things about people moving to France and buying land with the idea of placing log cabins on. A few were on telly but they didn't give the follow up about what never happened and why it never happened!

I saw one where a couple wanted to set up a speedway track in Almeria (i think it was Almeria).

They had no water to damp down the track, so it looked more like the Sahara, no loo facilities either, in fact they had a few bikes and a fence to lean on, that was about it.

I just wonder how they got on...........it was amusing to watch, I dont know what they were thinking, but they bought a piece of land and had a dream.......
