Hi,
I mistakenly took advice about parking in Benidorm and parked in the blue bays. I received a ticket but am having problems getting it paid. I went to Benidorm for the day but am now about 3 hours away. I tried to contact the town hall but no joy,
Im happy to pay the fine as it was my fault.
Can anyone help with how to pay the parking ticket and where
regards

Can't we pay these online now?
I have no idea where or how but I seem to think you can. Or is that just speeding fines?

Usually there are payments options on the fine paperwork. Maybe a bank?

Hi thanks for the reply but there are no payment details or numbers or ways to pay on the ticket

About a year ago, I got a parking ticket in Calpe (my first ever!) and was a bit puzzled as I couldn't see any road markings or restrictions. When I looked around I then saw a pole across the street witch indicated payment was required but I couldn't see any meter where I could have paid anyway. So drove to the nearby police station and asked for advice. Very helpful....not! But they seemed to indicate I would get a letter. One year on, nothing!
So how the "system" works is still somewhat of a mystery to me.
The rear of the ticket contained a mass of very small writing in the two Spanish languages which despite studying carefully when I got home, I couldn't understand. My problem I appreciate.
So, I hope it doesn't happen again as I still won't really know what to do, expect perhaps to be more careful when parking.
Maybe any fine is now lodged against my car, I don't know.

Have you tried taking the ticket to your bank? I did. The nice cashier marched me back out to the ATM, asked me to put in my bank card and pin , then after about 3 tries, she finally found out the correct sequence, and told me that it was paid. Job done!
