Can anyone (Fred 
) advise when completing PADRE and declaring income from a UK bank account with tax paid in the UK how/where you enter this tax already paid so it can be deducted from the tax due in Spain.

i would enter it just like you would enter interest on a Spanish account in box 022 and you also enter the tax deducted.
