Default Odour Eaters

Okay, here's an embarrassing question. Do the spanish have something similar to odour eaters for flip flops, sandals, and open shoes in general.
(And before any smart alecs start, I wash my feet regularly)
I have just spent a fortune on some decent comfly 'jesus boots', but unfortunately they smell something chronic after a shoert period of time.
