Obtaining an ID for Gibraltar

Please could someone explain the process of getting a Gibraltan ID and bus pass?

Go to the Civil Status And Registrations Office

There you will find a selection of forms to complete, I believe the following is the relevant one if you are an EU citizen.

Ensure you have all relevant documents, passport / ID card, employment contract, accommodation contract etc.
The Gibraltar ID card is also your bus pass
