I went off tripe years ago when I used to go to the local farm to collect fresh tripe which we used to feed the dog. It was so fresh it was still warm and I used to carry it home in carrier-bags and it was dripping everywhere and it stank to high heaven!! Don`t even think onions would`ve made it remotely appetising. Now, black pudding.. yum
