Default Newbie needing advice

I live in Spain part of the year and have a Tooway dish and equipment already installed, but my provider in Alicante went out of business. So I'm now trying to find another provider (or deal with Tooway direct) but I really want a pay-as-you-go contract or one where I can "switch off" when I'm not in Spain. Europasat say they offer this, but they are having to sort something out with Skylogic before I can get online, and time is passing by without any news. Does anyone have any ideas? Tooway apparently don't offer a p-a-y-g contract, and I can't afford to be connected in both countries at the same time.

Sorry if all this has been discussed before, but the search tool isn't working so I can't find the threads on this subject.

This is my first post. So hi from Orxeta to other Expats.

Default Re: Newbie needing advice

As Concierge for the Spanish section of BE I would like to say hello and welcome.

BE is a very large expat website, so if you have problems finding your way around we have concierges who will try to direct you. The moderators for the Spanish forums are Mitzyboy and Fred James, moderators are there to ensure that the site runs smoothly within the rules of BE. Problems and complaints should always be addressed to a moderador who will look into the matter and deal with it efficiently and fairly. Our members who post in the Spain Forums are friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge of the issues of living in Spain. At the top of the page you will find a quirkily named thread called Free Beer which is full of important and useful information. Hope you enjoy your time participating in the forums.

Please let me know if you need any further help.
