Default New TV

I have just bought a new "smart" tv including a satellite decoder. The dish is already set up for freesat and works the the old box. In set up it scans for satellites but doesn't find Astra 2B,2F or 2G. It is connected to my wi fi. Is it blocking me or is there some way I can persuade it to work,

Default Re: New TV

The three UK TV satellites are 2e, 2f and 2g.
Located at 28 east.
YOu will probably need to set up or select the required satellites in the satellite options before scanning for channels... as most TVs sold in spain are set up for 19 east the European satellite...
Makes no difference if the tv is connected to the internet or not... satellite channels will be via the satellite
