Default new sabadell/cam cards

My old CAM maestro debit card has been replaced with a sabadell MASTER card. The letter that came with the card said to activate the new card using my old CAM debit card pin. Before I spend an hour queuing at my local branch to ask them exactly what type of card this is, does anyone know if this new card is a CREDIT/DEBIT card or still a DEBIT card. In UK, mastercard used to indicate CREDIT rather than DEBIT card.

With my Natwest account in UK I have MasterCard Debit, Credit and Charge cards. All since 1985.

If it's anything like mine then that's your cash-point card which will also be a debit card (although I don't use it as such).

Many thanks Esurijohn and Snikpoh, Ive only ever had hsbc cards in uk and debit was visa and credit was mastercard. I was hoping the new sabadell card was just debit and not credit. I am now reassured and dont need to stand in line at my local branch for ages. Cheers

It's definitely a debit card as was the old Cam Maestro one.
