Default New Electric Poles In Upper Pago

I noticed in camino santa maria de las canterulas (UPPER PAGO) today,
there are new electric poles down two more roads,
does that mean we are going live so to speak

Actually, the road runs across the main road, so half of it is in Upper Pago, and half of it in Lower Pago. The dustbins are on the same side as the Lower Pago section.

Anyone with interest in electricity in Chiclana should read the electricity thread in mycadiz.biz forum. Apparently according to a local solicitor Endesa are taking Chiclana town Hall to court re supplying electric to homes in yellow zones. Interesting reading.
