Netflix problem
Yesterday I had an email from Netflix (or was it?) to change my sign-on password.....today another email telling me that I need to change my actual email address!
Anyone else getting this nonsense? |

Re: Netflix problem
I would ignore all such messages sound's like someone after your information to me.

Re: Netflix problem
Sounds lime an attempted scam to me, can't think of any legitimate need to change an email address.
Is your Netflix working? BTW along with other providers Netflix have reduced the resolution of all streams to conserve bandwidth. https://www.digitaltrends.com/home-t...uality-europe/ |
Re: Netflix problem
My netflix isn't working, it's OK on my computer, but I just get a blank screen when I hit the netflix button on my remote, and yes, I did get an email ablout my account, but just went onto the computer and re-logged in, no problems.

Anyone else getting this nonsense? I did change my password, not via the email link but going to the site as normal. Haven't had the email change one though.. |
Re: Netflix problem
I did change my password but not my email. Everything working fine I think it was a scam. How despicable some people are Netflix is one of a few sources of comfort at the moment.

Re: Netflix problem
Check the domain name of the sender. Most times it will be "off". Like it often won't be from "@netflix.com". I had a little slowness loading Netflix as well, this weekend. I know they're restricting HD streams to reduce strain.
OK, ignore me, I was just passing through, doing some site testing :) |

Re: Netflix problem
I'm OK now, my problem was with my TV not connecting to Netflix, so I used a new, just discovered method to get it working again. I turned thw power to the TV off for a couple on minutes, turned it back on, and now it's working.. so if any of you have computer problems can I suggest you try turning it off and then on again.

Re: Netflix problem
Netflix support gave me that solution over a year ago. It works for a lot of problems.
