Need structural surveyor & builder!
hi again!
I'm looking for an English speaking structural surveyor who knows about old houses (I have an old town house), it's in Vilanova I La Geltru (next to Sitges, nr Barcelona), I've had about 6 different people look at it and everyone says a different thing (ranging from it's strong will stand for another 200 years, to it's dangerous and could fall down at any moment! :scared: ), I need a 7th opinion!
I also need a builder, once I've worked out exactly what needs to be done to the structure!
If anyone knows of anyone it'd be a great help!

I think you are hoping to find a needle in a Hay stack but I will stand up to this challange and give you a site or two, you may have to get your requirments to travel a distance to get to you but yoou will get the best there is in Spain.
