hi i was fined by a court in spain . torrex to be precise and was told they would send me the fine and it was my job to make sure i got it as if it wasnt paid and i try to enter spain again i will be arrested but as u can guess the fine never arrived !! i was wondering if anyone on here knows how i can find out about getting this fine and paying it would be very greatfull for any help thnaks for ur time . ps i live in the uk

really gratefull for ur help but cant read spanish any other ideas that might help me thanks the fine was for fighting

Find someone who speaks spanish. You should find one in one of the expat newspapers. Get them to speak to the court on your behalf - maybe.

If it isn't a traffic fine you could look on the: Bolotin ofiical de la Malaga

You should have the court papers which will give you the court ref No. If you can't speak spanish you may have to pay an agency here to handle the matter for you at some cost.
All depends whether you intend to come back aye!
