Sorry for the repeated thread title.
I'm new here
I need the English user manual for Carrefour Home microwave model HMF23P-11 which I bought in Spain. Searching the net I came by your amazing helpful forum where I found this thread: Need instructions for Carrefour "Home" HMG23P-11 Microwave/grill dated Jun 14th, 2012 regarding the same subject. Unfortunately it was a closed thread and I couldn't post there. I tried to send a private message to Kenwoodlad, a member who seemed to solve the problem but again unfortunately I couln't because private message requires at least 3 posts.
Any Help is very much appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. I'm really glad to be part of this amazing forum. Actually I have no complains or problems of any kind. I was just trying to explain why I'm posting a repeated request. I just posted in the place where I found the old thread. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I've looked at the old threads, it appears the poster there got it by writing to Carrefour, but others who followed that advice got told they weren't available, there doesn't seem to be anywhere that you can download one, however it's almost certainly nade by one of the name manufacturers like Electrolux, and they may have the model under a different number, worth looking, or at least looking to see if there is a manufacturers name other than Carrefour on you machine.

found that just by putting the model number in instead of using the Carrefour name as well.

If you can make another few posts to allow you to PM then I can send you a PDF format file of the Spanish user guide and a Word document of my translation.

We had no luck with that particular microwave, it went back for repair three times (the on/off switch kept breaking) and they eventually gave us a refund. Hope you're luckier!

I think Yehia has made enough posts to pm you.

If all else fails I would go to another electrical store and try to spot a similar model badged under a different name.
I did manage to download manuals for a couple of electrical items I purchased,but they were brand names so much simpler.
The other alternative would be if Carrefour supply to an English speaking country. Manuals for those countries would be in English and may be available via that country's Carrefour site.
