William in particular clearly wishes he hadn't been born royal. The other day when he was asked by a child what superpower he would choose he said 'invisibility'. If the press harass Kate they way they did his mother it wouldn't surprise me if he decided to opt out of the whole business. King Harry anyone?
Mentioned a couple of times in this thread. He can't and neither can Charles even if they wanted to.

Charles will become king the moment his mother dies unless he dies first in which case William will become king. William will become king the second the reigning monarch dies whether it be his father or his grandmother.

They have no choice in the matter - they can only abdicate after they have become monarch.

Yes I thought that might be the case. He could still refuse to do any Royal duties now though, couldn't he?

What's the use of having him over there if he needs SAS bodyguards who I'm sure could be doing something more useful with their time ?

He's nowt but a liability wherever he is.
Can we not ship him off to one of the Colonies out the bloody way altogether ?

Shall we have a caption contest.?

I think Kate is saying,..... " I wouldn't mind a pair of those, they even come ready tanned, so need for me to flash my tits for all the World to see".

Nothing original to offer Mr Beast ?

They've been doing the rounds of the Internet forums for quite a few days now.

Apologies accepted.
I see the French court has granted the injunction against the magazine publishing the photos,....for what it's worth.

Princess dark with sultry eyes, pale fair skin in beauty lies,
Marries well with Prince so tall, life turns into glamorous ball,
But rules are written down in stone, to be a royal to the bone,
One must not strip nor take a dip, less paparazzi start to click,
For tits of royals shown to the masses, look just the same just different classes ,
So next time Kate you want to flash, sell the pictures for loads of cash.
