moving to Spain
Hi everyone, Iam thinking of renting an apartment near San Pedro del Pinatar. Does anyone have any info on the area and the rental system.

Long term rentals (assume this is what you want) are becoming increasingly more difficult to find and afford. You can search either idealista or fotocasa sites and if you are lucky make sure you are offered a contract to the latest law. (El presente contrato se otorga conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 29/1994 de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos, adaptada por la Ley 4/2013 de 5 de junio, de medidas de flexibilización y fomento del mercado del alquiler de viviendas, y por lo pactado en el presente contrato. )
