Hi, my name is jules, I'm a UK citizen, moving from Indonesia, after 12yrs, with my wife (chinese/indo) and 3yr old son.
I have been teaching, english, general studies and science igcse, whilst in Indo but previously worked in uk as an AutoCAD tech. Safety trainer and surveyor in the, structural steel, hydro and petrochemical fields.
After 12 years away from 'the west' it's time to return, although with all the changes it does feel daunting.
I'm planning to attend the 'spainwise' ESL jobs fair in Cordoba on May 14th. It seems that most of the hotels, hostles and guest houses are already booked up. Does anyone know of a good homestay or can offer a room for a few nights. We are leaving Asia on the 12th. Ideally we'd like to stay with a family who could help us 'get grounded', for perhaps upto a week. Any help or advise would be great thanks.
