Yes in person, but at the Spanish Embassy in London or Manchester.
Check out the Manchester bit as we applied for ours in London.
It was just one thing out the way when we got here!

Interesting.............. do you need a Spanish address?

Ps Does brisca stand for British Stock car Association by any chance?

Yes you need a Spanish address to have the NIE posted to, it doesnt have to be your home it can be a friend, solicitor, estate agent or whoever. Just a postal address in Spain for them to post it to.
They have no interest if you live there or not as I recall.

As to your 2nd question Yes, been a fan for 30 years, mainly F2 as we lived in the West Country. But were regular visitors to Northampton and Skeggy for the speedweekends and always took in the F1's. Drove a F2 for a few years but never was much good at it. You know what its like, if you didnt try it you would always be left wondering. A bit like living in Spain I guess.

Nice one. Used to be involved with F1 at Odsal Bradford for many a year until it shut down. Another sport ruined by money taking over.Bet you still got that silly song by Selwin Froggit
