Polanco's in Chiclana is very good for cheap beds. Their light weight frames come in a number of widths, so you can bolt two together to make up anything to a super kingsize.
Try Muebles Guerrero in the industrial estate. Best beds and prices around and Jose Mari and Patrizia do speak a little English. Enter the industrial estate from the side opposite Polancos, turn left at the end and head down the hill. Guerrero is on the right, just past the kitchen showroom.
