Default Moving to Andalucia - house insurance

Sorry tried a search but didn't find anything recent specifically on house insurance.

Up to now our town house in Nueva Andalucia has been used for holiday lettings and I have insured it with Hiscox UK who had a good deal as I already insured our house in the UK with them. Apparently, they are withdrawing from insuring overseas property.

I now need to find a new insurer, particularly because it will become our main home early next year. Any recommendations, both as to value and dealing with claims?

TIA

Mapfre told me they were the best at this type of insurance, they did tell me that car insurance they were Not good at, seemed honest.

I use Ibex, had a couple of claims, all sorted quickly to my satisfaction.
