If any of you cucumber and aloe vera lickin' folk are interested, there's a very effective insect repellent from the Farmacia: Halley, repelente de insectos.

It's very handy when you're going out in the evening - a quick spray and the mozzies stay away.

Try loadsa Vit B1.

Daneuron a very cheap vit B tablets has 100mg.

Two tablets a day. Easy.
