Mortgage commissions
Hi just a quick question regarding the above. When you purchase a property in Spain does the purchaser pay commission to the realtor as well, or is this just the seller pays his %. In the UK as I remember and North America the commission is paid just by the seller. How does it work here.

I will try and help but have to say that I'm a little confused.
Your title is about mortgages yet your question isn't ??????
By realtor, do you mean Estate Agent?
If so, then any (estate agent) charges should be paid for by the seller. However, it all depends on what is requested and what you subsequently agree in any contract.
