Has anyone heard that Morrisons is closing and flats are being built on the site?

It's now a Safeways, kind of...
There were talks of them closing it even though the profits are aparently greater than any of their stores in the UK, strange.
There is a huge 'Ocean Villas' contract underway and I reckon if Safeway's were offered enough for the land, they would sell without a second thought.

The sign hasn´t been changed but it is definitely Morissons. Safeway sold the store to them along with the majority of other stores in the UK.
